Read that again👆🏽 For all the parents who feel guilty for taking the time to exercise and therefore don’t prioritize it, I want to spark a new POV on this. I love training and I especially love training in front of the boys at @therisesocietybyronbay because it’s given me a chance to involve them in one of our healthy habits. Us training 4-5x a week and staying active will be all our kids know and so normalized to them that it would be almost impossible for them not to adopt a similar lifestyle. They will not know any different! And as parents we have to take care of ourselves to normalize our children being able to and wanting to take care of themselves also. Regardless of their genetic predispositions that may hinder us in some ways. That’s even more reason to try and strive for habits that will help your kids in the future 🤍 Your habits are so powerful and will trickle down to your children. Treat your body the way you would want your kids to and they most likely will!
