if you’re doing 75 hard for the challenge - sure. but if you’re doing it as an attempt of changing your lifestyle I swear there are so many options out there that are not only more sustainable, but also more likely to give you a life that you’re excited to wake up to live. because after all, life is supposed to be enjoyable, and finding a way of eating & a way of moving that you actually enjoy is possible - so don’t give up until you find your path❤️
