Where and how we spend our money matters. This isn’t about being a stickler when eating out or having anxiety about *one* time you have some fake honey. It’s going to happen. The reason i’m bringing this up is to encourage CHANGE. Spend your money at restaurants using real food ingredients and the ones that aren’t, encourage them to. The more we speak up the more we can make a difference in our food system.
