Back in January 2023 i got a leak im my ceiling. Maintenance came and cut a hole where the leak was. They promised to fix the leak as soon as we got out of snow season since being on the roof in the winter was to “risky”. They said theyd come in april, didnt come. May, didnt come. June, didnt come. Every month i called and finally in September they patched the hole on the inside and said the hole on the roof would be fixed.. and they would come paint. in october when it rained it was still leaking. I called cooperate they had someone come the next day to give an estimate. No one has came back since. Now its currently still leaking, and the patch they fixed is falling. I have called the office several times and they have said “put in a maintenance request.” But maintenance says the office is the one who hires. What do i do?
