My 10 year old son was in charge of weekend cleaning and this happened Rate his leadership skills from 1-10🤣 My idea of leading a team is showing by example. That’s what I teach my children. If you must lead, you must lead by example for others to follow. I think Andrea understood the assignment. If you have been following my stories, you will know that we have been on the road most weekends. With the cleaners coming in every 2 weeks, we still have to keep up with the weekend cleaning every other weekend. This arrangement works for me and my family as my kids stay in touch with keep their environment clean rather than totally depending on someone to do it for them.
