Classic Mac n’ Cheese Recipe is for 2lbs pasta. Will serve 10-15 people. ✨2lbs pasta & 1 stick of butter - boil then add butter. ✨2 eggs & 1 c milk - whisk ✨2 sticks butter & 1 c flour - melt butter then whisk in flour. ✨3 c milk & 1 1/2 c half & half - slowly whisk into flour mixture. ✨Nutmeg, salt, & pepper to taste ✨6-8 c cheese of your choice - whisk in little by little. ✨Pour cheese sauce over pasta & mix.
