Here is the recipe and big thanks to the forgotten home apothecary and Nicole Apelian Ph. D. Here are the ingredients 1 tablespoon of dried Mullen leaves and flowers 1 tablespoon of dried marshmallow root 2 cups of water and 1/2 to one cup of honey depending on how much sweetness that you want. Yeah, I’m sold. I was going to buy a machine that was over $200 and debated on whether or not to get this, but the reviews were so good so I finally caved and got one. It makes so much more than cashew milk. You can make any kind of nut milk, oat milk, coconut milk. I even made banana date, almond milk and it was amazing. Even my son who runs the other way with organic and healthy stuff. gave it two thumbs up. I highly recommend this because it is so affordable compared to other machines. #healthylifestyle
