Pasta with sausage and peppers 10 oz pasta of choice, cooked al dente Olive oil 1 lb. sausage cut into 1/4 inch thick pieces About 2 cups sliced bell peppers 1/2 onion, sliced thinly 4 garlic cloves, minced 28 oz crushed tomatoes Seasoning: All Purpose and Red Jalapeño Garlic 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp smoked paprika Salt and pepper to taste Grated Parmesan for garnish Chopped parsley for garnish Directions: Heat the olive oil in a skillet and sear the sausage pieces for a few minutes on each side. Transfer to a plate. Add the bell peppers and onion, cook for 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute. Add the crushed tomatoes and seasoning. Feel free to use seasoning to your liking. Stir and add a little water if necessary. Simmer for a few minutes then add the cooked pasta and sausage into the skillet. Add grated Parmesan and chopped parsley, chili flakes would be great also.
