day 2 of getting my spark back ✨ a series where I get out fo my funk and create better habits before the end of the year Today we’re focusing on starting to fix my sleep schedule. I don’t know what is going on but I just can’t fall asleep at night. So today I’m doing 2 things to help me sleep: 1. Drink some tart cherry juice and magnesium (I’ve heard these help with sleep) 2.
