Oh the energy out there..... It's amazing and also kept me from sleeping 😅😂 If I didn't have to work it would have been more fun. And yes I have on flip-flops. Where I live you can't trust to not get these pokey things called "stickers" into your feet. They hurt so bad. I've been traumatized enough on my feet I don't risk it. Not to mention sensory issues. I can't have something weird touch my feet. *shudder* Yes I enjoyed the energy just did it my way. And yes I still get the benefits. We don't do that over here. Your way works for you.
