These are 4 cleaning tasks I try to get done monthly - I had many of you ask for a reel on certain time frames that cleaning tasks are recommended to be carried out. I have shared a ‘daily cleaning tasks’ reel and a ‘weekly cleaning tasks’ reel which you can find on my page so I thought I would add a ‘monthly cleaning tasks’ reel to them 😊 I hope you find it helpful but as always if I don’t get them done every month it’s ok - it’s just a rough guide and I can always catch up 🥰 1. Wiping down the kitchen cabinets - these can get a build up of fingers marks, grease and grime so I try to keep on top of these with warm soapy water. If you have gloss cabinets, I recommend adding a splash of white vinegar to your soapy water to keep them streak free! 🧼 2. Windows - Mine get covered in finger prints as Oliver has started toddling around and loves to look outside! I use warm soapy water with a little white vinegar. I also use my flat headed mop for ease and dry off with my window vacuum ✨ 3. Clean and deodorise your bin - wipe down inside and out with antibac spray and to keep odours at bay add 2 cups of bicarbonate of soda and 5 drops of essential oil to the base before adding your bin bag. 4. Deep clean my washing machine - I really try to do this monthly as I find it makes such a difference to how fresh our laundry smells!
