Watch me nearly dropped £18 worth of beef short rib on the floor. I checked out @Smoke&Bones barbecue at the @worldhalalfoodfestival and there was one thing on the menu that I had to order now my intentions on this festival was to buy small portions on a budget but that pretty much went out the window by ordering this short rib which was £18 now if you know anything about Bbq, you know one how much the price of beef is at the moment, and secondly, how long these things take to cook. Smoke and Bones Bbq uses USDA prime beef, short rib and smoke some over oak for eight hours this creates an immense park and the grain fed beef leaves the internal meat, super moist and super tasty Ive eaten a lot of bbq food at festivals this year and the challenging thing for the vendors is to serve bbq meat at super high volume that in its self is no east feat bbq doesnt cook to time so vendors might feel rush to pull the meat off the bbq to soon just to keep up with demand well these guys were chuck out fall off the bone beef short ribs and juicy brisket all day all on oil drum bbq fair plays lads! #bbq #halal #worldhalalfoodfestival #beefshortribs #bbqtiktok
