Eating disorders in bodybuilding is something we’ve all just excepted but our relationship with food does not have to be bad. Over the past two weeks. I have done my very best to reverse diet correctly. I’ve had two very bad days with food Crumbl cookie and Krispy Kreme got the best of me but instead of falling off completely I just continue to move forward and stay the course, we’re all human and it’s gonna happen. We’re not robots so if I am going to cheat, I stay away from high fat high sugared foods and if I wanna steak, I’m gonna eat a steak it’s all about balance at this stage of the rebound phase. #bodybuilding #disorders #fitness
