VANILLA FRENCH TOAST Ingredients: Brioche Loaf 2 Eggs 60g Sugar 120ml Milk half tsp Salt 1 tsp Cinnamon 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Method: 1. Slice the bread into thick slices and set aside 2. In a bowl mix the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, salt and cinnamon until well combined 3. In a pan gently heat butter and vegetable oil on a low - medium heat 4. Dip the brioche slices in the milk mixture and soak well on both sides. Fry in the pan until golden and crispy, repeat this with the rest of the slices. 5.
