It took a full two years of me, dragging myself into the kitchen, every single night, telling my brain over and over again to just fight through and do it. I was probably 90% on doing it every night and iβll be honest, sometimes it was just the counters, or just loading the dishwasher. But then this week, I JUST DID IT EVEN WHEN I TOLD MYSELF I DIDNT WANT TO ANS JUST LEAVE IT FOR THE NIGHT. EVEN AFTER 2 glasses of wine! Incredible!
