𝙄𝘽𝙀𝙍𝙄𝘾𝙊 𝙋𝙍𝙀𝙎𝘼 𝙎𝙏𝙀𝘼𝙆 🐷 One of my favorite things to do while on vacation. And this Lake house in Clear Lake California was amazing. Weather was absolutely perfect w/ an unreal view. I could not pass the opportunity to get some cooks in with a view like that!💯 I’m a huge fan of not addicted to Iberico Pork. Yes this is pork not beef! Kinda even tastes like beef in a sense. And it is very safe to cook medium rare also. This Presa cut reminds me of a tri tip so I cooked this reverse sear style like I normally cook my tri tips. And it did not disappoint 💰.
