They're healthier, simple, delicious and packed with flavor thanks to Dan-Os Cheesoning! π§ Get yourself some Dan-Os Cheesoning w/ the link in my bio! π FULL RECIPE β¬οΈ INGREDIENTS - ~1 lb chicken tenders - 1 cup AP flour seasoned w/ salt, pepper & garlic powder (I used gluten free) - Egg wash (3 eggs whisked togrther w/ 3 tbsp of water) - 1 cup Italian Breadcrumbs mixed w/ 1/4 cup of Dan-Os Cheesoning Seasoning - Avocado Oil Spray - Garlic parm dipping sauce (optional) DIRECTIONS 1. First, remove the tendons from the chicken tenders. 2. . Prep your dredge station. (Flour, eggs and bread crumbs.) 3. Coat chicken strips in flour first, then egg, then the bread crumbs. Make sure to press the bread crumbs into the tenders. 4. Place them on greased wired rack and spray with avocado oil spray. 5. Place in the oven at 425 for ~20-25 minutes. 6. Remove and let cool for a few minutes. 7.
