Cooking with friends 💚 my friend Alan showed me how to make Pozole Verde! Which is now on my list of FAVORITE soups ever. It’s so flavorful, comforting, and a great way to use up garden peppers and tomatillos! Also, I had never had hominy before? And it’s delicious?
