Lasagna Soup Recipe Ingredients: 1lb of ground beef or Italian sausage 1 onion 24 oz any pasta sauce 1 can tomato paste 9 oz spinach bag 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1 tablespoon minced garlic 32 oz beef broth/stock 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream 10 lasagna sheets (1 box lasagna noodles) 15oz ricotta cheese 5oz Parmesan cheese 16oz mozzarella cheese 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef/sausage 2. Chop onion and add to cooked meat. Cook until onions are tender. 3. Next, add the pasta sauce of your choice, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, spinach, to the meat and onion mixture. Cook that all down. 4. Next add beef broth and heavy whipping cream. Bring to a boil. 5. Next break and add at least 10 lasagna noodles (uncooked). Boil for about 10 minutes. 6. Serve and top off your bowl with a scoop of ricotta cheese and sprinkle some parmesan and mozzarella cheese. And that’s it! It’s a delicious comfort meal! Some garlic bread is great on the side as well! Enjoy!
