Let me know what questions you have about weight loss in the comments #weightlossprogress #weightlosscoach Re: breastfeeding while losing weight, some important notes: 1. Guidelines say to eat at least 1500-1800 calories while exclusively breastfeeding a baby pre-solids (I.e. as long as you’re providing most of baby’s energy/nutrients). And tracking calories is certainly not necessary (postpartum or otherwise). In Best Body you get to choose whether you want to track calories or not. 2. HYDRATE with water AND electrolytes - I just add @redmondrealsalt to my water 3. Prioritize highly nutrient dense foods - mainly protein, fats & fiber to supply your baby & your body with the right nutrients 4. Always consult with your doctor before starting to lose weight postpartum- ask them if it’s safe for you at your 6 week postpartum visit Also, those brands of sauces I shared were @Primal Kitchen Foods and Noble Made
