Peanut Butter Crunch Protein Balls 7g protein each 🫶 Recipe (makes 15): 100g Peanut Butter 1/3 cup sf maple syrup (about 75g) or normal 50g protein powder - I use vanilla but PB flavour will work a charm 80g soy protein crispies or rice puffs 80g sf milk choc (or normal) - I lindt 1 tsp coconut oil Sea salt for sprinkling Mix well and form into 15-16 balls. Freeze for about an hour or until firm. Melt the choc with coconut oil and dip each ball until fully coated, sprinkle with sea salt and let set in fridge or freezer & enjoy ✨ Macros per serve (15): 100 cals C: 5.5 P: 7 F: 5.5
