In a bowl add •3 cups all purpose flour •2 tsp sugar •1 & 1/2 tsp salt •3/4 tsp active dry yeast •300ml water (110°F) 1. Mix everything together in a bowl until you have a shaggy dough 2. Cover and let it rise for 2 hours in a warm area 3. Once risen knead the dough for 2-3 min 4. After you have a nice dough cover again for 30/40 min or until doubled in size. While thats rising set your oven to 450°F and put in your dutch oven to preheat 5. Once the dough has doubled in size, score, place in heated/oiled dutch oven and bake for 30 min 6.
