There are many different variations of this drink, and this is just one of those versions (made different still with the swap of gin/vodka for tequila)! It’s simple and I like to make it right in the glass — measurements below. 👇🏼 - 2 oz pineapple juice - 1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice - 2 oz liquor, traditionally vodka or gin but I’m swapping for @cielotequila, which is such a delicious way to switch this drink up! Think tequila sunrise vibes 🌅 - a splash (1/4 oz) grenadine Mix it all together and garnish with a lemon wheel! Spritz 101: Crafting the perfect Aperol Spritz! 🍊🥂 As spritz season is officially upon us, I thought I would start a series covering all things spritzy — starting with the basics. This is how I make the perfect Aperol Spritz every time (spoiler alert, it’s based on color)! The classic spritz ratio is 3 parts prosecco, 2 parts Aperol, and 1 part club soda. I fill my glass 1/2 way with Prosecco, then add in my Aperol until I reach the desired color, and top it with a splash of club soda. Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy!
