Don’t do this if you want to lose fat!⬇️⬇️ Often times people think the more cardio they do… the more fat they will burn. Which is true. But is it smart? No!! Being in a small calorie deficit and doing 10-15 minutes cardio max for simple fat loss is always best… and manageable! We don’t want to set unrealistic cardio goals…. like 2 hours a day. Ridiculous.
