If they show you they dont care about your feelings, no matter how “small” or “silly” or “paranoid” they may try to tell you they are (they’re not) if they show you they dont care, then you need to make room for someone who does. And make room for someone who YOU feel that for back. It is a two way street after all. Take the time to be alone. No matter how long it may take. Take the time to get to know your faults and don’t be ashamed of your mistakes. You made the best decisions you could when you did. But now you know better. And can be better. So its not time to settle. People will talk no matter what. Too many people are stuck in sad relationships because they are scared to be looked at as undesireable or lonely. Who cares? Dont use people to fill gaps in your cup. Fill your cup before you pour into someone else’s. Please remember that if you’ve made it to your 30s with limited baggage, you’re doing it RIGHT.
