FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS - 2 Packages of Palmini Spanish Rice ~1.5 lb cubed boneless skinless chicken thighs - 2 tbsp avocado oil - Taco seasoning of choice Add-Ins: (optional) - Black beans - Shredded Lettuce - Diced red onion - Diced tomatoes - Sour cream - Fresh chopped cilantro DIRECTIONS 1. Cube up the boneless skinless chicken thighs and add to a large bowl with oil and taco seasoning. Season to your liking and mix till we'll combined. 2. Sear the chicken over medium high heat in a large greased skillet for 12-15 minutes mixing ever few minutes, then remove from the pan. 3. Lower the heat and deglaze the pan with a little water then add in the palmini Spanish rice. Mix frequently and let cook until hot. 4. Prepare all other add-ins. 5.
