Easy One Pan Recipe ๐ซ๐ฑ w/ @B&WQualityGrowers โจOrzo Pasta Recipeโจ 2 1/2 cup Chicken Stock or Veggie Stock 1 1/2 cup Orzo 1 cup chopped Watercress 1/2 cup Frozen Peas 3 Garlic Cloves Minced 1/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream 1/4 cup grated Parmesan 2 tbsp fresh Parsley Salt & Pepper In large pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil and sautรฉ garlic for 2-3 minutes till lightly brown. Add broth, pasta, garlic, salt and pepper in a medium skillet. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to medium-low and simmer, stirring often. Cook until most of the liquid is absorbed and the pasta is cooked to your preference. (If pasta is not fully cooked but liquid is gone, just add a slap of stock).
