Replying to @trymebitch27 Hope this helps. When I first started in the community everyone said you needed a note but now I hear different debates. I still recommend getting a doctors note because they help with a lot of things especially, court cases, housing, other accommodations, etc.. My doctors note just says the dog’s name and their tasks.
