#stitch with @Ced Okay, okay - this one hits home for a lot of us. Because many of us, ( let’s be honest ) were never taught how to share feedback with someone, in a way that’s respectful and held with love. Also, many of us have grown up as well, perceiving feedback as an attack on our character. But. I have to say, Our blindspots are exactly BLIND SPOTS for that reason. It's sooo important to recognize that feedback, even if critical, isn't always a reflection of our inherent worth - feedback by others can also serve as valuable insight into areas where we can grow and improve, ultimately contributing to our personal development and making us better individuals. Tell me, what are your thoughts when you hear this? #feedback#gentlereminders#selfwork
