growing up i used to love listening to music for the first time with people. sharing an earphone each on the bus to school, or pooling together all the money you and your friends had to buy an album then sitting down and listening together. it was magic. i wanted to do something a little bit like that for everyone to hear this song for the first time. so we started like this - and then word got out and so many people turned up we had to start playing it to big groups of y’all on a speaker we found in the corner of the bar. but that will be another video maybe. in the meantime- here is a little bit of what happened. it was f’ing special. thank u to everyone who came. i got a bit emotional(!!) apparently it was so touching seeing ppls reactions my managers went and had a quick cry in the toilets. i was a bit too nervous i think. anyway. here is video.
