Replying to @Boeing_777_fan I dont have all the answers when it comes to seed oils vs animal fats. Turns out NO ONE has all answers. Im actually not as crazy anti-seed oil as you may think. I eat at chipotle sometimes and other restaurants that use seed oils. I just feel way better when I minimize them. I actually don’t eat a crazy amount of saturated fat.
