These herbal mocktails had my husband and I very relaxed. We also got some really good deep sleep! I’m already a fan of Damiana because of how it makes me feel, but adding adaptogenic herbs to this blend took that feeling up a notch… or 10! 🤭 At one point, my husband asked “is this all in my head”. I mean, it was really a good feeling. So I had to make us more tonight! Making herbal mocktails is super easy. All you need is herbs of your choice, fruit scraps and whatever else you want to use. I used fresh fruit, fruit scraps, Damiana, Ashwagandha, Maca, Reishi, Agave, Sparkling water, Seamoss gel and coconut water. I added coconut water to my tea kettle, along with 3 tbsp of seamoss gel, turned my kettle on medium so that the seamoss can dissolve and I added over the blend you see in the video.
