I ALWAYS freeze my cakes before decorating , this is something i never used to do before i got talented with my craft 😅 i just wanted to bake, decorate & serve the cake , but NO ! Here’s why you should FREEZE your cakes : * It’ll be easier to assemble your cake when decorating * freezing STOPS rather than slows & your cakes will stay not dried & it will still have a great taste when it thaws (without losing all that steam) * The freezer preserves it’s freshness & moisture for up to 3 months The fridge will dry out your baked cakes faster than you’d think , so i DO NOT recommend that , use the freezer ! test it out one day .
