my dad and I went back to the farmers market in Houston we went to throughout my childhood for the first time in 5 years. The first thing he did was go to this stand he always visited. He saw an old woman there and teared up. He said she always reminded him of his abuelita. It’s changed. The buildings are new, there’s new trendy stores and businesses.
