Full Review: I used the Dyson Airstrait ($499) on the medium temperature on the wet setting. The highest temperature seemed too hot for me to use on my wet hair. I dried out the roots with the side of the blower dryer and combed through each section of hair before making passes. I did 3-4 passes on each section of hair and it took just under 30 minutes to do one side of my hair. The Dyson did the worst job out of the 3 dryers. For the Revlon Air Straight ($79) I used the wet setting on high and also needed to comb through my hair before making passes. It was difficult to get the roots dry and the comb on the brush was very difficult to get through my hair. It also took about 30 minutes. It did a better job overall than the Dyson but I would never use it again. The Conair Oval Dryer Brush ($44) is the dryer I normally use. I use it on the highest setting which is not as hot as the Dyson Airstrait on the highest wet setting. I don’t need to comb my hair before using it and I can dry my whole head in less than 30 minutes. It works SO much better than both options. You can get it at Ulta, it is not on Amazon. Dyson, if you made a traditional comb/dryer combo like black women typically use I would buy it and I bet it would be good. Revlon, it’s the comb that really just sucks. If you added smaller teeth and bristles I think it could work. And then make the air blow out the side to dry the roots like the Dyson, it would be better. #dysonairstrait #revlonairstraight #4chair #kinkyhair #dysonon4chair #dysonkinkyhair #airstraightreview #blackhair #dysonblackhair #dysoncurlyhair
