*lThai Sweet chili *inspired* tofu! (NOT authentic) I like my sauces less sweet so i reduced the sugar and increased the garlic and ginger. If you prefer more like the store kind you’ll want to increase the sugar. It also called for sherry in a lot of recipes which i didnt have.
