Body control is ultimate GOALS!! This list is generally calisthenics and some gymnastics that I feel will help me get the body strength and control in looking for 🥹 I got specific and listed exactly what I want so I can set a path to achieve my goals. Thank you @skylamonte for reviewing my goals and helping guide me and get specific with the goals. I know these are huge goals but I’m ready to work for them and take the journey… as usual I’ll keep you posted ☺️ Anyone joining me?? You can adjust this list below to suit uou. 2024 FITNESS GOALS iA: ✨1. Base Moves: 10 pull-ups, 25 push-ups and 10 dips ✨2. Frog stand: 10 second hold ✨3. L-Sit: 10 second hold ✨4. Pistol squats: 5 on both sides ✨5. Dragon squat ✨6. Handstand: 15 second hold ✨7. Straddle press handstand ✨8. Tucked planche: 5 second hold ✨9. Backbend from standing position ✨10. FLIP 😭 (front or back) - this has been a low key life goal of mine!! I’ve made my intention and will put the work in as best as I can, the result is in Gods hands 💕 Quick backstory, I started my fitness journey at 30 with rollerskating. I started the gym a year ago when I turned 33 and got my first pull-up and learnt the splits. This year I’m 34 and I’m focusing on calisthenics. I don’t have a background in sports in my younger years! Sharing so that you can be realistic with yourself. It’s important to know someone’s history as somethings may come easier or harder to us all based on our past experiences and what our bodies are used to. #calisthenics #gym #goalsetting
