after 5 tries… I DID IT ! I wanted to make bagels for her but I’ve never made one before so this was definitely a challenge 😤 but through each step I was able to learn something new like what’s wrong with the ratio, flour, or even the kneading there was a lot of fun in this process ❤️ her smile in the end tho 💛 . Recipe (makes 5 bagels) 1. Bread flour 250g ( protein 11.5-13g ) 2. Water 140g 3. Instant dry yeast 3g 4. Sugar 8g 5. Salt 3g . Combine all the ingredients together and knead for around 10 minutes. Let it rest for 30 mins and separate into five dough shapes. Shape the dough into a bagel shape and let it rise for another 30 mins. Boil in water + 1 tbsp of sugar for 30 secs on each side and bake at 200c for 18 mins 🙌🏻 take it out and enjoy ❤️ .
