This Valentines Day skip the bouquet of roses and go with a bouquet of Funfetti cake pops instead!! That's what we're doing anyway and @Funfetti is teaming up with us to do it.

Anyway, here's how to make 'em:

Ingredients:

-1 Box of Funfetti Strawberry Cake & Cupcake Mix (Add-Ins on the box: water, oil, and eggs make the cake)

-1 Tub of Funfetti Vanilla Frosting

-10 oz. Melted White Chocolate

Instructions:

1) Make the Funfetti Strawberry Cake according to the instructions on the box.
2) Let the cake cool after baking and then crumble it completely with your hands.
3) Add the cake crumbs and all of the frosting to a large bowl and mix to combine.
4) Form about 30 cake pop balls with your hands and refrigerate them for about 30 minutes.
5) Melt white chocolate and dip your cake pop sticks into the chocolate, then insert them into each cake pop.
6) Using a fork to help, cover the cake pops completely with the melted white chocolate and add the sprinkles from the frosting on top if you want. I left a few without sprinkles, added some red food coloring to the melted white chocolate, and drizzled that on top for a fun design.
7) Let the cake pops sit for a few minutes to let the chocolate set, then enjoy!  We wanted to make something a whole lot sweeter than a bouquet of roses, so we made a bouquet of cake pops instead.
