Ingredients 1200kg whole soft chicken 1/2 cup Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon ginger 1 tablespoon garlic 1 tablespoon paprika 1 tablespoon thyme 2 tablespoons suya spice 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 to 5 tablespoons vegetable oil How to bake whole chicken in the oven 1. Wash chicken and allow it drain 2. Pat dry 3. Mix seasonings with butter or mayonnaise or yoghurt 4. Rub all over chicken and under the skin of the breast 5. Pop in the oven using grill function at 195°c for about 10 mins 6. Take out, rub the chicken juice and cover with foil 7. Return to the oven and baked for 30 minutes at 200°c 8. Take it out and remove the foil. Rub the juice again and put it back in the oven till it browns as desired. 9. Then enjoy #food #wholechickenroast #ovenbakedchicken #ovenbakedwholechicken
