wowee what a stinky year… I could go through all the reasons why I had to step back from art in extremely boring detail, telling you my sob story about personal things happening in my life and how it all took a toll on me. But that won’t achieve anything. So I’m just going to post this piece I finished a while ago, and hope that you enjoy. I hope you all have a much better 2024, and remember to always prioritise yourself and your health. you know when you try so hard to make a piece work and sometimes it just doesn’t? I’ve been struggling and putting off this drawing for months now and have just come to terms that it’s not going to be the best thing ever and that’s okay. I still learned a lot tho which I’m grateful for. maybe I’ll mess around with it a bit more and see if anything comes of it. but for now have whatever this is, as well as the outline and beginning sketches that inspired it.
