Slow Cooker Beef Ragu Pasta 👨🍳 This was absolutely incredible, makes 4 portions too so perfect for meal prep and just as nice cold! Remember for all my favourite low calories high protein meal ideas in one place check out my bundle deal 🔗 INGREDIENTS 400g Diced Beef 1 White Onion 2tbsp. Garlic Puree 4tsp. Chilli Flakes 2 Tin Chopped Tomatoes 2tsp Italian Herbs 2 Beef Stock Cube 320g Dry Pasta 80g Reduced Fat Cheese 1. Add the beef to the slow cooker pot and season with some salt and pepper. 2. Add the onion, garlic, chilli pepper, chopped tomatoes, Italian herbs and beef stock cubes. 3. Cover with a lid and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Note: the longer you cook it the more tender the meat will be! 4. 30 minutes before serving: add the pasta to the slow cooker with 200ml water. Stir well until the pasta is fully submerged in the sauce and cover with a lid for 30mins to cook. 5.
