FOOD FOR CHANGE - This week, we are celebrating #regenerative practices in partnership with @slowfoodinternational, and learning why healthy soil is at the heart of regenerative food systems. Biologically rich, naturally fertile soil needs less man-made fertilizer or irrigation, is more resilient against adverse weather and stores more carbon. Restoring and rejuvenating soil depends on biodiversity. In our ongoing efforts to preserve and promote biodiversity, we have successfully nominated over 100 near-extinct foods to Slow Food's #ArkofTaste.
