Try this nacho casserole from @cookinginthemidwest ๐ฅ Nacho Casserole Recipe 1 lb ground beef 1 chopped onion 1 tbsp minced garlic 1/2 tsp each of salt, pepper, and cumin 1 tsp each of chili powder and paprika 1 bag of On the Border Cantina Thins 1/2 jar of On the Border Salsa Con Queso 1 can of drained corn 1 can of drained diced tomatoes with green chiles Cilantro Shredded Cheese Steps -Brown ground beef, onions, and seasonings in a skillet -Drain any extra grease from the skillet -Add 1/2 a jar of On The Border Salsa Con Queso, corn, and diced tomatoes with green chiles to the skillet with the ground beef -Crush On The Border Cantina Thin Tortilla Chips and add about 1.5 cups to the skillet -Mix everything together well -Top with about 2 more cups of the crushed tortilla chips -Top with shredded cheese -Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes -Top with cilantro, sour cream, and taco sauce (or any of your favorite nacho toppings) Enjoy!
