The PPL split can prove quite progressive. . A lot of lifters are surprised to learn how significant of an impact an additional rest day has when they split is run. . Unfortunately - PPL extended over 8 days can lead to scheduling conflicts. . For those frustrated by this reality - consider a 4 day or 5 day training split that fits perfectly, adequate rest included, within a calendar week.
