Take a large flour tortilla and spread nacho cheese into the center. Spoon cooked beef and add shredded cheese, salsa and tostada on top. Spread sour cream on top then add lettuce, tomato, onion, and avocado. Top with smaller flour, tortilla and fold it shut.
