Are you ready for the perfect afternoon pick me up for Valentine's Day? Well, this easy recipe for iced strawberry matcha latte is going to just that special healthy drink today. Strawberry Iced Matcha Latte Recipe Ingredients: 1 1/2 teaspoons matcha powder 3 tablespoons hot water 3/4 cup fresh or frozen strawberries 3/4 milk of choice (I used coconut milk) 1 to 2 tablespoons of maple syrup Ice to serve Directions: Blend fresh or frozen strawberries with 1 to 2 tablespoons of maple syrup for sweetness. Whisk matcha powder with hot water until frothy and clumps are gone. Add a handful of ice to your glass and pour in layers. First pour the strawberry puree, next layer the coconut milk over the puree. Finally, pour your matcha on top. Optional for adding chopped fresh strawberries over top. Enjoy.
