In a small bowl combine garlic, ginger, miso, coconut aminos, and sesame oil and whisk until combined, set aside. 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add coconut oil and saute onions until translucent. 3. Add ground chicken and break apart with a wooden spoon, add the sauce mixture and shredded carrots, and combine until the chicken is done. 4. Turn off heat. Stir in scallions and cilantro. 5.
