ricotta salmon sandwich with sage & dill 🤌🏼 recipe: 1 toast 1 tbsp ricotta 1 pinch lemon zest Mix lettuce 1 fried egg 2 sage leaves 100 g salmon (without skin) Sage dill dressing: 8-10 g salie 5 g dille 1 small garlic ½ shallot 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper 6 tablespoon olive oil Method: 1. Blitz the ingredients for the sage-dill dressing in a blender. Taste it to see if it needs anything. 2. Add oil to a pan and fry 2 leaves of sage in it. 3. In the same oil, toast your bread till golden brown. 4. Take the bread out of the pan. Fry the salmon and egg in the same pan (if it fits, you can fry them next to each other). 5. Assemble the toast with the ricotta, lemon zest, lettuce, salmon, egg, and fried sage. 6. Finish with the sage/dill dressing. #salmon #sandwich #lunch #eggsandwich
