Day 🤚🏽 of doing something everyday that makes me happy. I’m constantly dealing with the dilemma of whether I’m just going through a phase of not enjoying “in gym” because I have no true end goal when it comes to training. In reality I’m just tryna stay in shape lmao. I wanna be able to go for a brief run (key word is “BRIEF”) I wanna be able to hoop, lift some weights, golf etc. Basically I’m just tryna be healthy & I know that can be accomplished in and out of the gym Side note: how many pull ups can yall do in 1 set 👀🤣 #dailyvlog #losangeles
